Steps to Seal

  • Wait at least three months before sealing new interlocking stones to allow the efflorescence to work its way out of the stones
  • Remove any oil, efflorescence (whitish salt), dirt and other contaminants.
  • Make sure area is completely dry (usually 24hrs without dampness) and warm to the touch.
  • Apply with roller, an airless industrial sprayer or pump-up sprayer.
  • WAIT 3 years before resealing.
  • Always wear protective gloves, clothing, and eye protection when handling cleaners and sealers.

OIL Based

  • Touch dry in 8 hours, can be
    driven on after 24 hours.
